  1. Place both earbuds (left and right units) inside its charging case.
  2. Close the lid of the charging case.
  3. Connect charging case to an AC outlet using the supplied USB type-c cable and USB AC adapter.
  4. Do this more than 5 times (within 20 seconds): Open and close the lid of the charging case. Doing so will initiate the light indicator a red flashing light. You will now if resetting is complete if the indicator turns green and it flashes 4x.
  5. Remove earbuds from its charging case, place it back again to its charging case and then repeat the same procedure starting from step 1.

  3. Press and hold using your fingers to the touch sensors of “left” earbuds for 20 seconds.
  4. When red indicator light is flashing, release your fingers.
  5. Place fingers again to the touch sensors on one earbud, the “right” earbud for 20 seconds.
  6. When red indicator light is flashing, release your fingers.
