Fourth solution: Reset your phone

If for some reason Instagram continues to crash even after doing the first 3 procedures, then it’s very much possible that there’s an issue with the firmware and the app crash is just one of the symptoms. Therefore, a master reset will be necessary. However, before you actually reset your phone, make sure to create a copy of your important files and data as they will be deleted during the process. After that, remove your Google and Samsung accounts so that you won’t be locked out, and then follow these steps to reset your phone: 

1. Turn off the device.
