One major issue that you might encounter with this phone is when it fails to turn on no matter what you do. There are several reasons why this might happen ranging from a faulty hardware component to a glitch in the phone software. If this is caused by a faulty hardware component then the best course of action is to have the phone fixed at a service center. If however the problem is caused by a software glitch then it can be fixed by following the troubleshooting steps listed below.

Make sure that the phone battery is charged

To eliminate the possibility of the problem being caused by a drained battery you will need to charge the phone by following the steps listed below.

  • Fully charge the phone using its wall charger.
  • In case the phone does not charge then try using a different charging cord and wall charger. You should also try charging the phone from a computer USB port in case charging using the wall charger fails to work.
