Convert Small Balances to BNB

If you have small balances of various tokens that you no longer want, Binance provides an option to convert these small balances into BNB (for a 2% fee).

Here’s how to do it:

  1. Log in to your Binance account and navigate to the Wallet section.
  2. Click on Fiat and Spot (or Spot Wallet depending on the interface).
  3. Scroll down to find the Convert Small Balances to BNB option and click on it.
  4. You will see a list of all the cryptocurrencies with small balances that can be converted to BNB. Select the ones you wish to convert.
  5. After selecting, click on the Convert button. A confirmation window will appear showing the conversion details.
  6. If everything looks correct, click on Confirm to complete the conversion.

Please note that the minimum amount for conversion is 0.001 BNB. You can convert balances with a valuation below 0.0012 BTC to BNB once every 6 hours. It is not currently possible to convert delisted coins.

Deleting Unwanted Tokens

In the context of a cryptocurrency exchange like Binance, “deleting” a token isn’t exactly possible. This is because the tokens you see in your wallet are actually a representation of your holdings on the blockchain, which cannot be deleted. However, there are ways to remove unwanted tokens from your view:

  1. Hide Small Assets: In your Spot Wallet, there’s an option to hide small assets. This will remove tokens with small balances from your view.
  2. Transfer Out: If a token cannot be converted and you wish to remove it from your wallet, you can consider transferring it to another address. This could be to a different wallet you own, or to someone else if they’re willing to accept it.

Remember, always exercise caution when dealing with digital assets. Make sure to double-check all transaction details before confirming any transfers or conversions.

While you can’t delete tokens in the traditional sense, Binance offers features to effectively manage and organize your digital assets. Whether it’s converting small balances to BNB or hiding small assets, you have control over how your wallet is organized. Happy trading!
