  1. I am sceptical of Outlook also.
It needed privilages on google.com to set up a gmail but needs no permissions on my S6+.
    It has no sync options.
I need a new email app as K9 stopped syncing unless I allowed all sensor and location privilages in Google Play Services.

  2. I have Boxer, really like the look, and is very easy to identify senders because can be customized, but more than once the software got stuck, and I didn’t receive emails for few hrs. I had to restart the phone to get it to work. As much as I like it , it’s not a good alternative because not reliable. the native app never failed, even if the interface is not the most appealing.

  3. Don’t believe the “experts”. Outlook is almost unusable. Can’t process the results of a search. Search for “Promocode”, results come back from across accounts – great. From the list you can’t select, swipe, press to perform any batch function. No delete, move, archive. Open the mail and process them individually. Nope. Everything is disabled except reply, reply all, and forward. Open a support ticket. Get told how to go ask for a feature. I’d rather spend my time writing an appropriate review.
