How To Turn Off Galaxy A50 With Unresponsive Touchscreen

Turn Off Galaxy A50 With Unresponsive Screen

Do to Forced Restart process
Press and hold the volume down button and the power key for 10 seconds.
Start in Recovery mode
Once the screen turns off, release the volume down button (while still holding down the power key) and immediately hold the volume up button.
When the Galaxy A50 logo shows, release both keys.
Now, just wait until your phone reaches the recovery mode.
Power off from recovery mode
When it is in recovery mode, use the volume down button to highlight the Power Off option.
Confirm you want to turn it off
Press the power key and your phone should shut down after that.
