How To Turn Off Galaxy A50 With Unresponsive Touchscreen

Turn Off Galaxy A50 With Unresponsive Screen

  1. Do to Forced Restart process

    Press and hold the volume down button and the power key for 10 seconds. turn off galaxy a50

  2. Start in Recovery mode

    Once the screen turns off, release the volume down button (while still holding down the power key) and immediately hold the volume up button. turn off galaxy a50 recovery

  3. When the Galaxy A50 logo shows, release both keys. 

    Now, just wait until your phone reaches the recovery mode. starting in recovery

  4. Power off from recovery mode

    When it is in recovery mode, use the volume down button to highlight the Power Off option. power off

    Press the power key and your phone should shut down after that. powered down
