Nothing has finally announced the start date for pre-orders of its eagerly anticipated Phone 2, which will commence on June 29th. This news comes nearly two months after the company began teasing the smartphone and a full 12 days before it is fully unveiled.

Pricing and Deposit for Pre-orders

The company has yet to reveal the pricing details of the Phone (2), but it is expected to retail for more than its predecessor, the Phone (1). However, interested customers can secure their order by paying a refundable deposit between July 11th and July 20th.

Exciting Offers for Pre-order Customers

Customers who participate in the pre-order offer will receive a 50% discount on a pair of Ear (stick) earbuds as well as on selected Nothing accessories. However, Nothing has not yet confirmed which specific accessories would be included in this offer.

Design Teasers and Specifications

Meanwhile, the company continues to tease the design of the Phone (2). Founder Carl Pei has seemingly rejected renders shared earlier this month by OnLeaks. The company also confirmed that the device will feature its Glyph interface and showed glimpses of flat side rails, a centered hole punch camera, and two rear-facing cameras. While it may resemble its predecessor, the Phone (2) is expected to contain several upgrades from the Phone (1), including a more powerful Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset.

Flipkart Exclusive Pre-order Offers in India

Indian e-commerce giant Flipkart, which is an exclusive online retailer for Nothing products, will start accepting pre-orders for the Phone (2) on June 29 at 12 pm IST. Those who want to stay updated can subscribe to notifications through Flipkart’s website. The platform has promised instant cashback offers from leading banks for customers who pre-order the device.

Order Process and Device Availability

Customers must pay a refundable deposit of Rs. 2,000 to secure their Phone (2) pre-order on Flipkart. They can then choose their preferred storage variant and colorway between July 11th and 20th while paying the remaining balance. Pre-order customers will have access to exclusive discounts and are assured to receive their devices before official sales begin.

Expected Pricing and Launch Date

Leaked prices suggest that the Nothing Phone (2) may start at €729 for the 256GB variant and €849 for the 512GB model in the European market. However, these prices are yet to be confirmed officially. The Phone (2) will officially launch on July 11 at 11 am ET in the U.S., alongside other regions such as India.
