Apple and Best Buy have teamed to offer expert advice and service/repairs for Apple products across all Best Buy stores in the U.S. This basically means that you can now get the best resolution to your iPhone issues directly at a Best Buy store.
This is relieving for several customers who may not have an Apple Store around them. But given the number of Best Buy stores in the U.S., this move makes perfect sense. It must be mentioned that Apple has previously partnered with several other providers for repairs of Apple products.
It is said that Best Buy’s Geek Squad has around 7,600 Apple-certified technicians that can help users with any issues pertaining to their iPhone. In addition to repairing iPhones, these Best Buy stores will also service other Apple products. Here’s what Best Buy had to say in a statement.
“We love being there for our customers no matter what their Apple need is, from helping them choose the right device, to offering AppleCare protection and now helping fix their devices. We’ve always enjoyed a great partnership with Apple and we’re thrilled that, together, we can better serve our customers.”
Third-party Apple authorized service providers have increased significantly over the past few years. Thanks to the inclusion of Best Buy, Apple now has a total of 1,800 third-party service locations across the U.S. and the number is only expected to grow in the coming years.
