#Swarovski has offered exclusive accessories for #Galaxy flagships before and the company has now released a couple of new covers for the #GalaxyNote5 and the Galaxy S6 edge+.
German luxury watches and pen maker Montblanc has also released a couple of covers for the two Samsung flagships, so it’s a good day to be a Galaxy Note 5 or a Galaxy S6 edge+ owner.
These covers will be available in a handful of countries, so don’t be disappointed if your country is left out of the list. Pricing information is yet to be disclosed by either companies, but we expect the accessories to stretch your wallet significantly given that they’re limited edition offerings.
Swarovski’s Crystal Cover for the Galaxy Note 5 and the Galaxy S6 edge+ comes with 1,300 encrusted crystals on the back, giving it that unique look. The Swarovski Edelweiss Collection cover is only available for the Galaxy S6 edge+ and also comes with crystals.
Montblanc has a couple of covers which come with hand drawn patterns on the back using Montblanc ink, which is pretty unique as well.

Samsung is no stranger to special edition devices. Back in September, we saw the manufacturer launching a new special edition model of the Gear S smartwatch studded with Swarovski crystals. And now, it’s time for the Galaxy Note Edge to receive similar treatment with Crystalize Your Design launching a new “special edition” model of the handset.
This variant comes with 18,000 Swarovski crystals studded on the back with a pattern known as Playing Hands designed by Albrecht Dürer.
The company hasn’t announced the pricing of this limited edition smartphone yet, but needless to say, it won’t go easy on your wallets.
Crystalize Your Design is known for their ability to crystalize absolutely any product that you can offer. Celebrities like 50 Cent, Sean Paul etc are some of their clientele.
Given that the Galaxy Note Edge is not moving off the shelves as Samsung expected, we don’t expect this new variant to make much of a difference. What do you think?

The recently announced Samsung Gear S smartwatch will be launched in a special edition variant packing Swarovski crystals. The strap of the smartwatch uses Swarovski’s Crystal Fine Mesh technology, adding that extra bit of bling to the device. Underneath, the Swarovski version of the Gear S is pretty much the same as the regular variant, so it’s only a visual overhaul.
There’s no word on the pricing at the moment, but we expect it to be slightly more expensive than the standard Gear S. Samsung hasn’t fully disclosed the pricing of the Gear S, so there’s no word on exactly how much more expensive this version will be. But it goes without saying that the smartwatch will border in close to or even beyond $300. Availability is slated to commence next month in regions where Swarovski edition Samsung devices are currently available, so don’t get your hopes up just yet.
Samsung and Swarovski have teamed up to announce special edition devices and accessories in the past. The Gear S runs Tizen out of the box, which makes it compatible only with Samsung smartphones and tablets. It features a beautiful curved display design and also packs cellular connectivity, making it a worthwhile companion device.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is one of the most popular phablets in the market today. And given its status, it’s imperative that the company treats its customers greatly. The Korean manufacturer has now teamed up with Swarovski to launch a special edition case for the handset studded with Gems on the back. The case covers the entirety of the back and leaves the front portion open, so we’re not sure if this will provide any protection from water spills or such accidents.
The colors include Jet Black, Crystal Metallic Silver and a color which is a mixture of Crystal Bermuda Blue and Crystal Metallic Light Gold. Swarovski will be selling these cases along with matching bracelets for $299. This is a limited period promotion, so stocks are said to be very limited. These expensive accessories will appeal mostly to shopping addicts and is targeted towards women, so it could be a great gifting item as well. Availability is limited to Swarovski’s Manhattan retail store at the moment, so we’re not sure if the rest of the world will ever get to see it. In terms of design this version definitely looks good and makes a great companion when brought to any formal event.
Reviewing its specifications after more than a year shows that the device has really aged. While most entry level devices now sport quad core processors the Crystal Edition still uses a 1 GHz dual core processor combined with 1 GB of RAM. The device can still provide a smooth Android experience with few to no hiccups at all.
Samsung has yet again come up with the perfect fashion accessory for the fashion-conscious woman with this model. The company also previously released the Galaxy S III La Fleur Edition which also targeted women.
There’s still no information if this device will be making its way to the international market.
