Lookout Groupon, Google has announced that Google Offers has expanded to five more cities. Google’s location based discount service, similar to Groupon and Facebook’s localized offers has now rolled out in Charlotte, Kansas City, Milwaukee, Tampa and San Antonio. With these five new cities that brings the grand total of Google Offers cities to 38.
