Just about everyone on the internet knows about Google’s rocky Nexus 4 launch. Well, that might be a bit of an overstatement, but some very unhappy consumers are going to love to hear that the Nexus 4 is going to be available to buy at 3:00pm EST today (12:00pm PST). Last time Google — for some inexplicable reason — didn’t send out an e-mail to those who wanted to be notified when it was available, but they seemed to have righted that wrong this time around. Hopefully this fresh new batch of Nexus 4’s will go a bit smoother than 2 weeks ago. Not only that, but lets hope the technical issues with the Play Store are fixed as well.
While you may want to head over to the Play Store and mash your refresh button, I’d highly suggest not too. Constantly refreshing puts a heavy load on web servers as a general rule, so to make this a smoother experience for everyone, it might be best to just head over to the Play Store 10 minutes before the Nexus 4 is available and refresh once or twice here and there. You can hit one of the links below to be taken to the Play Store page for the 8 gig and/or 16 gig version of the Nexus 4.
Just yesterday DailySteals listed the Nexus 4 for a whopping $499. If you were one of the people that bought one from them, this might just be bad luck for you.
Are any of you ready to get your hands on a Nexus 4?

It’s been quite a frustrating ride for consumers who were looking to purchase a Nexus 4 but were met with numerous technical difficulties in the Play Store. Regardless, the Nexus 4 16GB variant is available on Daily Steals today for a whopping $499. That’s a good $150 more than what Google has been charging in its Play Store. Although, since you can’t get one out of the Play Store due to it being out of stock, this might just be something worth looking into. Since we don’t know when the Play Store will be back in stock, its no surprise that some would try to take advantage of that.
You can grab a 16GB Nexus 4 priced at $499 on Daily Steals until midnight or until their stock runs low. No doubt there will be quite a few eager consumers trying to grab one of these, so get ’em while you can! As Talk Android notes, this sale has already surpassed how long Google was able to keep the device in the Play Store. At least we aren’t experiencing the insanity on the Play Store, right?
I’m sort of curious as to how Daily Steals managed to grab a batch of Nexus 4’s before Google or even T-Mobile. Maybe they set up a deal with Google earlier on, or maybe they are responsible for making the Play Store run out of stock so fast? Regardless, they have Nexus 4’s available, and once word starts getting out, there is no doubt that this sale won’t be lasting that long.
Are you going to pick one up?

The Nexus 4 is the new lady in town with every potential Android user trying to get his/her hands on it. Although Google’s launching of the device was plagued by certain issues, the demand for the device has certainly not gone down. Importers in various countries of Europe and Asia are selling the device at a premium price tag, which certainly isn’t a problem for the buyers. However, in the midst of all those premium priced devices, it’s hard to find a good deal anywhere. But Daily Steals has one now on the 16GB version of the LG Nexus 4. The device is being sold for $499, which is what the device goes for off-contract on T-Mobile’s shelves. It isn’t exactly the same price as Google offered in its launch a couple of weeks ago, but it’s not all that bad either considering that some retailers on eBay are even selling it for north of $1000.
It must be noted though that Daily Steals only has this offer for a very limited period, so it would make sense to order the device immediately if you’re interested. The deal closes at midnight today (EST). It is believed that Daily Steals takes up to six business days to ship the order, and in some cases it would take a few weeks post the shipping to reach the customer. Customers in the past have had some complaints with Daily Steals, but if you’re desperate enough to get the smartphone irrespective of the waiting period, this is a deal you can’t miss. The Nexus 4 on the Play Store still remains sold out, and there’s no word on when exactly it will be back in stock again, although it was initially reported that it would take a couple of weeks to get it back in stock.
The Nexus 4 is the grand daddy of all Android smartphones right now and one of the most desired too. Price is a huge selling point for the device and if you don’t mind paying the extra $150 compared to Google’s pricing, it’s not a bad deal at all. Bear in mind, the phone is unlocked and can be used with any carrier. Does it sound like an appealing offer? Or would you rather wait for Google’s re-stocking of the device on the Play Store? We recommend you go with the latter option, as there is less risk involved there. In the meantime, you can bask in the glory of what’s to come in the world of Android instead of keeping yourself glued to the Play Store page and that F5 button.
