We had a glimpse of the new iCloud website back during WWDC. We knew Apple was developing new applications to add to the iCloud website. Apple has now launched the beta version of the iCloud site. If you have an iCloud developer account, you can access from

The beta version of iCloud has a couple of new applications, namely, the new beta Notes app and the beta Reminder app. The site also includes a new beta “Find My iPhone” app and an improved beta version of the calendar app.

The new beta Notes application looks the same as the iPad’s and OS X Mountain Lion’s Notes application and users can organize and email their notes easily via iCloud Mail.

The web version of the Reminder app is also the same as the iPad and OS X Mountain Lion versions where you can add reminder on specific dates and times and add additional notes to each reminder.

Find My iPhone:
This is a new and improved “Find My iPhone” app that will also feature in the upcoming iOS 6. The web “Find My iPhone” app has a new design and includes features such as the “Lost Mode”

The beta iCloud does bring some new notification buttons in the “Find My iPhone” and Calendar apps, but the exact nature of these notification alerts is not known yet.

Apple has not announced an official date for the release of the stable version of iCloud site, but with iOS 6 release coming later this year and the new OS X Mountain Lion due later this month, it is clear that Apple’s plan is to integrate all it’s platforms, iOS, OS X Mountain Lion and iCloud by providing cross platform applications. We could also see additional app added to iCloud by the time the stable version is launched.
