Samsung shuts down one of its Experience stores in the UK

Sense 6 Android 5.0

Samsung Experience Stores offer users a detailed glimpse of all their products right under one roof. And given the shrink in the company’s sales, one of UK’s top Samsung Experience stores have been shut down over the holidays. This store is located in London’s Westfield Stratford City mall, which is the region’s most popular shopping complex.

UK had 10 Samsung Experience stores with 20 in total spread across Europe, so the closure of this outlet could mean that Samsung wasn’t seeing enough sales from this particular location. Other Samsung Experience stores remain intact as of now, but we can’t be too sure about what the future holds.

This was first noticed by visitors of the mall late yesterday and Samsung’s support center has confirmed the closure of this outlet. This is most certainly a setback for Samsung which has seen a very tough 2014 so far. We won’t be surprised if more outlets across the globe see the same fate.
