ParaShoot 2.1 Launches At Indiegogo After Being Suspended At Kickstarter

ParaShoot 2.0 was a Kickstarter project that was launched last month that’s described as a multi-use wearable HD camera that uses a smartphone as its display. The project was able to reach its goal and even exceeded it. There’s just one problem though as funding for the project has been suspended by Kickstarter.

Those who pledged their support for the project got an email stating that the campaign has been irreversibly suspended. No further details explaining the reason behind this has been provided.

The guys behind ParaShoot, Matt and Colin, are still optimistic that the device will become a reality by launching ParaShoot 2.1 over at Indiegogo. The funding goal is identical to the pledged goal over at Kickstarter which is $117,358. Since it is already in version 2.1 several new features have been added while having the same perk prices.

CEO Matt Sandy said in a press release that that “Over the past six years we have built a world class outfit to introduce innovative consumer applications. We are able to scale from concept to finished product rapidly, covering a complex range of design, engineering, development and manufacturing work. With the ParaShoot, we are setting a new foundation in an advanced lifestyle tech product with new standards in wearable, wireless and multi-use video technology. IndieGoGo’s global reach and creator friendly platform makes it possible to raise the necessary production capital needed from passionate backers who share the vision. We are able to hone and perfect the product and its key feature set in real time given the outstanding feedback of the community. We are grateful to our supporters and look forward to delivering the ParaShoot 2.1 to everyone’s hands as the best product under the sun.”

  1. The whole thing is a scam to get money for cameras already available for less money. You can search for “unieye” on eBay.
