Nokia to call and help you setup your new Windows Phone

When you buy a new smart phone, you will have a lot to learn about it and how to use it. It is bringing home a new pet to which you will have to teach everything and you will have to learn all its practices. But when it is a pet, you will get some proper responses. But for a smart phone, you will have to find out how to get around with it or you may end doing something entirely different from what you wanted to do. So what you usually do when you buy a new smart phone is that before leaving the store, you will ask the sales rep to teach you some basic functionality of the smart phone, and even though it is not their job, the sales reps do that without any bad feelings.

Later, when you go home and usually forget how to operate, you call up your carrier hotline or the manufacturer’s customer support to ask your doubts. And somehow if you do get through the recorded message, you will be able to get your phone in hold. But now, to avoid all these, Nokia has come up with a new solution. A solution where Nokia would itself call you up and teach you how to use your new Windows smart phone. Yes, this is happening.

And all you have to do is go online to Nokia’s website and fix an appointment. The Nokia people would call you at that time on that day and teach you at least for an hour on how to use your new Nokia Windows Phone smart phone, be it the Nokia Lumia 710 or the Nokia Lumia 900.

And if one hour is not enough for you, you will be able to set an appointment again later for as many sessions as you like. And all this without any extra cost. Also, Nokia is working on releasing an app for this on your smart phone so that when you see something new on your phone and want to learn it, you can fix an appointment right there.
