Leaked Photos and Info tell a lot about Motorola’s Droid Razr HD

Motorola’s Droid Razr series has a vast number of fans all around the world. With Droid Razr, Motorola introduced the unique Kevlar bodied phones which instantly become popular. The upcoming handset in this series has not been hidden very well by Motorola. Various photos that leaked over the last week have revealed a lot about the eagerly anticipated phone. As is visible in the photo, body of the phone continues to be made of Kevlar. The Verizon logo is emblazoned across the back, which pretty much confirms the phone will be available on contract on Verizon.

The camera on this phone is said to be 13 megapixels, which is among the highest on any smartphone around. Naturally, the phone will be able to shoot HD videos at 1080p resolution. The backside lacks the characteristic bulge found in the earlier installments of the Razr series. It’s being sad that it has been omitted to make room for the giant battery Motorola is planning to install inside the phone. Various sources indicate that the battery will be same as the one found in the Droid Razr MAXX. The 3300 mAh battery will solve the low battery life problem that Android phones in general are known to have.

The processor will be a dual core Snapdragon clocked at 1.5 GHz, which is at par with the other strong competitors: Galaxy SIII and HTC One X. Another major improvement will be in the display department, with the screen being upgraded from 540 x 960 found in Razr to1196×720 in the Razr HD.

Nothing has been officially confirmed by Motorola, but sources say that the phone will get released in the next 2 months. Till then it’s an impatient wait for fans to get their hands on this amazing device.
