Perform a soft reset

This data can sometimes get corrupted which is why you will need to flush this temporary data out of your phone by restarting the device. To perform this procedure just press and hold the Power button and Volume Down until the device powers off, approximately 8 seconds, then release. Start the phone in Safe Mode
There are cases when an app you downloaded from the Google Play Store will cause issues on the phone when it is installed. This usually happens when the app has some bugs or has compatibility issues with your phone. - Select the following options: Cached data, Clip tray temporary files, Raw files from camera.
- Tap Delete > DELETE

Perform a factory reset

- Press and hold the Power and Volume down buttons.
