If you work with Word on a regular basis, then you know that footnotes are often times essential to a document. Whether you’re a student needing to add references to an academic paper or you’re just trying to compile a report for work, footnotes are a key part of any document, and to they’re extremely easy to create.
To add footnotes in Word, you’ll first need to go to the “Insert” tab. This is in between “Home” and “Draw.”
