5 Best Workout Headphones For Pixel 4

Workout headphones are an important accessory for your Pixel 4 smartphone. A good pair is going to stay in your ear — as opposed to falling out — during your daily gym workout, or during your jog or run around the neighborhood or on the track.

Not only do workout headphones have excellent fitment, but they are resistant to sweat and moisture, but also come with some excellent sound quality and battery life.

Not sure what the best workout headphones are for the Google Pixel 4? Worry not — we’ve collected all of the best options currently available for the Pixel 4 below. Let’s dive right in.

Apple AirPods (2019)

The Apple AirPods are another excellent choice for working out with. These work great for workouts with the Google Pixel 4. Not only do they provide you with some excellent sound quality, but the comfort is great as well.

What we really like about these are the battery life — there are five hours of straight listening playback in the AirPods themselves. Then, there is another 24 hours of charging power in the case as well. When you run out of juice, the charging case can get you back up and running in just a few minutes. The case can actually get you three hours of playback time with just 15 minutes in the charger.

The one “con” is that they don’t “stick” in your ears, and might fall out or need readjusting when things get too sweaty.

Samsung Galaxy Buds

Enter, the Samsung Galaxy Buds. These are Samsung’s answer to the Apple AirPods, but they are still packed with some excellent sound quality in these still. Any song, movie, video, or podcast will sound so much better with a pair of Galaxy Buds in your ear, so you do have a wide range of entertainment possibilities available to you.

These actually have an even slimmer design than the Apple AirPods — some would say that they’re way more comfortable as well. They have an insert that keeps them in place in your ear as well, so they aren’t going to be falling out.

The “con” here is that battery life isn’t nearly as good as the Apple AirPods. You get a total of around 13 hours of battery life — 10 whole hours less than the Apple AirPods get. That means that these will be on the charger more than others.

Echo Buds

Amazon has introduced their very own pair of wireless earbuds to compete with the AirPods and Galaxy Buds. Enter, the Echo Buds. We would say that these are around the same size as the Galaxy Buds, if not slimmer. You get crisp audio and great comfort with these, but what we really like about the Echo Buds is how they’re hands-free.

Being the “Echo Buds” — and coming from Amazon — these were designed with Amazon Alexa inside. They work with the Alexa app to stream music, play Audible audiobooks, make calls, or get directions. You can’t go hands-free with other voice assistants, such as the Google Pixel 4’s Google Assistant.

Battery life is still pretty good here, with twenty hours in the charging case. You’re not going to run out at the gym or on the run — that’s for certain!

Bose SoundSport Free

The Bose SoundSport Free wireless earbuds are a hard pair to pass up for working out at the gym, or for jogging around your neighborhood. What we really like about these is the excellent comfort, which makes them great for longer workouts. These have crisp sound quality.

These are more fitness-focused, so they can truly help you measure your gym and workout progress through a built-in heart rate monitor. That’ll give you a better idea of calories burned overall.

Battery life is similar to the Apple AirPods, coming equipped with five hours of playback time in the headphones. On top of that, there’s a charging case that can charge the earbuds up a few additional times.

Beats Solo3

Last up on our countdown, we’re looking at the Beats Solo3 headphones. If you don’t mind ditching the low-profile earbuds, the Beats Solo3’s are a common choice for working out. A lot of that is because of how lightweight they are. They even come with a carrying case for good portability. These headphones provide you with some excellent and crisp audio quality, helping keep you pumped during your workout.

You cannot go wrong with these as far as battery life goes either. There is well over twenty hours of playback before needing a charge again — that’s like a week’s worth of working out!

Verdict

As you can see, there are a lot of excellent workout headphones for the Pixel 4. There are headphones of all types — over-the-ear full-size headphones, earbuds, wireless earbuds, and so on.
