One quick way to check if this is a router related issue is to try connecting your phone to a different Wi-Fi network then check if the issue still occurs. Perform a soft reset

One you have made sure that the problem is not caused by the router it’s time to check if the issue is caused by corrupted temporary data.   • Press and hold the Power and Volume down key for up to 45 seconds.
  • Wait as the device restarts.

  • Press and hold the Volume Down + Power key together for a short while.
  • Release all buttons when Fastboot Mode appears.
  • In this mode select “Recovery”. Use Volume Down to navigate and the Power key to confirm that.
  • Press the volume key to highlight the Wipe cache option then the power key to select it
  • Use the volume keys to go to “reboot system now” and press the power key.

Perform a factory reset
