First solution: Charge your phone.

Before jumping into a conclusion that your phone might have been totally busted, consider the possibility that it just ran out of power and needs charging. Second solution: Force reboot while charging.

Fourth solution: Use a computer to access your phone system.

Just like any other smartphones, you can also use a computer to access your Moto G5, backup your important data and restore your phone using a dedicated Android recovery software.

In order to get started, you will need to connect your Moto G5 to your computer using the supplied USB cable. Wait until the computer detects your phone as an external storage media. Here’s how it works:
