J7 Not Turning On After Software Update Installation
Problem: I downloaded and installed the new software update for my phone , but the phone once it restarted never turned on. It asked if I wanted to restart now, I clicked on it and I just left it plugged in. Might’ve been 20 minutes that I came back and saw it was off. Tried unplugging the charger and plugging it backup, but the typical battery sign on the screen didn’t show up. I tried turning it on, but nothing.

Attempt to turn it on through system recovery mode was not successful has the screen goes blank while trying to select reboot system now after clearing the partition cache.
Solution: The best thing that you can do right now is to make sure that the phone battery has sufficient charge. Follow the steps listed below to charge your phone.

- Charge the phone for at least 20 minutes using a wall charger.

J7 Effects Of Using A Different Fast Charger
Problem: Hello there! I bought a Galaxy J7 online from Hong Kong that I’m using in Australia. The charger that came with the phone is specifically used for Hong Kong power outlet but it came with a travel adapted that can be used in my country. It works well but I want to buy an Australian fast charging adapter for my phone. Will the Australian charging adapter affect the battery life of my Hong Kong J7 ? Or will it charge fast as well? Thanks!
Solution: If you are going to buy an original Samsung fast charger with an adapter that works in your country then it will work just as well as the original charger that came with your phone. Most third party chargers from reputable brands will also work well with your phone and will not cause any charging problems.
