Galaxy A3 Not Sending Picture Messages After Software Update
Problem: I have a samsung galaxy A3 and in June the phone did a system update, after that I have been having a few issues with the phone. It doesn’t send or receive pictures, doesnt send msgs to multiple contacts at the same time and the worst is that I get 4 notification beeps in a row but I don’t receive any messages or emails. It does this constantly.also I keep getting these pop ups that interrupt everything I do.
Solution: The first thing that you will need to do in this case is to make sure that you have an active mobile data subscription. You also need to make sure that the APN settings of your phone matches the one your carrier is using. If it does not match then make the necessary changes on your phone.
In case the issue still persists then I suggest that you backup your phone data then do a factory reset, This is one of the best troubleshooting steps to do in case issues occur after a software update as it deletes the old software data that might not have been completely removed during the update process.
Galaxy A3 System UI Is Not Responding
Problem: Hey all, I’ve run into an issue where the system ui of my phone has stopped. Specifically my issue is with Oreo, after doing a screen repair. Replaced screen and front camera on device before this issue had started. Phone boots and immediately gives ‘System UI isn’t responding’ and/or ‘Process system isn’t responding’. Shortly after (1-3 minutes) the phone will reboot. The errors may appear 1 or 2 more times before rebooting. This behavior is consistent, regardless of what I do. Steps taken: Clearing cache does nothing. Factory reset and even flashing stock ROM (same version) w/ ODIN does nothing. I’m stuck and need a bit of guidance on where to go from here. I really appreciate the help.
Solution: If a factory reset or even flashing the phone with its stick firmware file does not fix the problem then this is most likely caused by a faulty hardware component. The best way to pinpoint the exact component that is damaged is to bring the phone to a service center and have it checked.
Galaxy A3 Call Can’t Be Heard After Software Update
Problem: I have a Samsung Galaxy A3 and I did the latest update. When receiving a call or making call the phone works in the first minute or less. Than I cannot hear their voice but they can hear me. It happens way too often. This morning on a call it cut off for about ten seconds then their voice came back on and way able to continue. And sometimes their voice cuts out within a minute but can continue to hear me. How can I correct this
Solution: The first thing that you will need to do in this case is to eliminate the possibility of the problem being caused by a weak reception from the network. Try to go to a different location then check if the problem still occurs. If it still does then try placing a different SIM card in your phone. This way you can further check if the problem is account related.
In case the problem still persists and since this occured right after a software update then it’s very likely that this is caused by old software data that has not been completely removed from the phone. The best thing to do right now is to backup your phone data then do a factory reset.
Galaxy A3 Screen Becomes Unresponsive
Problem: Phones is good to use for a few minutes after reboot then becomes unresponsive . I’ve done a hard reset twice already. The screen goes unresponsive after 25-30 minutes of startup. In conclusion, the screen stops working but the side buttons work alright. Please help. I’m thinking it’s an OS issue or the screen but I doubt the screen will work totally correct if it were faulty
Solution: If you have already performed a factory reset and the issue still persists then this is most likely caused by a faulty hardware component already. The best thing to do right now is to bring the phone to a service center and have it checked.
