  1. Well, I see I am not alone in this, as I have the same issue that Andrew listed and 12/19 and Cathy listed on 12/20. This just starting happening in the last week. I get the pop up that indicates “loading messages”. I can’t type or respond to the email. I have reset my phone. I have deleted the mail accounts and set them up again as new and am still having the same issue. has anyone found and posted a solution to fix?

  2. Restarted my Samsung Galixy 5 last evening (as I do every couple of weeks) and typed in my new password but I cannot reply to my incoming emails. It says it is loading messages. It is so very frustrating. What is the problem. I want to be able to reply to an email quickly. When I try to reply it says it is saving it a draft. Please help me.

  4. On my Galaxy S5, I cannot reply to some messages. I little box pops up indicating “loading messages”. When it stops, I can type a reply, but when I push send, I get the same message, but it will not send. Nor can I save the message and reply.

  5. Hello. I have the Samsung Galaxy S5. I have always used my email using the app that came with the phone. I can receive emails but all of a sudden I cannot respond to them. it says “downloading images” in a little box when I try to respond to the sender. my email is through MSN. I have taken the battery out, deleted the email account and put it in again and cleared the cache but nothing seems to work. Your thoughts?

    I have been using the corporate app for at least 4 years and now inexplicably, I can no longer reply to MS Exchange messages. When I press the Reply icon, a Reply window opens but there is a “loading messages” message that just keeps processing. If I click on the Back button on my phone, the “loading messages” will stop but then I can’t Send the message is as it continues to try “loading messages”. Please advise.

  10. I can’t fill out the short questionnaire at the moment since it is not my phone. My step-father has a Galaxy 5 and is getting a whole bunch of emails from my personal account (on gmail). Everything I do on my computer is going to his phone! ??? How is this happening and what can we do to fix it? He is very aggravated about it. The only thing we have in common is using the same wifi in the house.

  12. I recently spent 7 hours (involving two days), trying to resolve why I couldn’t send or receive email on my galaxy s5 phone. I’m a mac.com user. This happened literally overnight. Now after a week, I’m being told that there is a problem with the os and unless android or samsung come up with a patch , Verizon CANNOT do anything to help me. They sent out a replacement phone to me but the issue continued. I feel Verizon has failed its consumers by passing the buck onto others. Any help is appreciated.

  14. email on galixy note 5 was good then updated softe=ware from T mobil not it is a pos phone nothing works e-mail stopped etc, PODS going to change to apple when I get back to the US

  16. I just upgraded to a Samsung Galaxy S5 droid version 5 from a S3. I have 6 gmail accounts linked to my android. I keep getting messages that play services want authorization to sign in. I have signed in and setup gmail to sync to all accounts. I only have my main account to sync everything else. But, these messages still keep appearing. Does anyone have a solution to this?
