S7 Not Charging With Blinking Red LED Light
Problem: Last night my phone sat in popsicle juice for about 10 minutes maybe I wiped it off and it was still working. I plugged my phone into the charger and it was working for a while but when I woke up my phone was shut off and when I turned it back on my phone was on 0% and it shut back off now my phone will respond to charging but it stops charging and my red LED light keeps turning on and off
Solution: The red LED light that is blinking when you try to charge your phone basically means that your phone is connected to its charger but it is not charging. Listed below are the troubleshooting steps that you need to perform for this particular problem.
- Clean the charging port of your phone using a can of compressed air. Make sure to remove any dirt or debris stuck in this port.
- Try charging your phone for at least 20 minutes using a different charging cord and wall charger.
- If the issue persists then try starting the phone in recovery mode then do a factory reset from here. Take note that this will erase your phone data.
If the above steps fails to fix the problem then the phone might have suffered some water damage. You will need to bring this to a service center and have it checked.

Problem: my samsung s7 will not boot up it only goes to the samsung symbol screen, until i press volume down, home and power button it says recovery booting. i don’t know how to fix this i can’t even do a factory reset or delete the cache is there a firmware i can download onto a usb flash drive and plug it into my phone and fix automatically.
Solution: Does your phone have a microSD card installed? Sometimes this card can cause issues such as this.
If your phone does not have a microSD card or if the issue still occurs even after removing the microSD card then you should perform the following troubleshooting steps listed below.
- Try performing a battery pull. This is done by pressing and holding the power button for at least 10 seconds. Your phone should restart after this.

If the above steps fails to fix the problem then you should try to flash your phone with its updated firmware file. You can get the firmware file from this link https://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/galaxy-s7/SM-G930F/ . The website also contains the instructions on how to flash your phone.
S7 Gets Hot When In Use
Problem: Hi droid guy, I’m having problems with my S7. It constantly gets too hot when I am using it; E.g browsing the Internet or texting people. It gets so hot that the screen freezes entirely and it tries to restart but gets stuck loading the Samsung logo. Then I have to wait for the battery to die so I can charge it and the screen will change. It’s becoming a real nuisance. I hope you can help
Solution: It’s normal for the phone to get warm when you are using heavy apps such as games however not to the point that it gets too hot. What you should do first in this case is to remove the microSD card of your phone is one is installed. If this card is corrupt then it will take the phone a long time to access the data stored in it which could lead to the phone heating up.
The next factor that you should check is if the phone software is causing the problem. To do this you will need to backup your phone data then do a factory reset. Once the reset is complete do not install any apps in your phone yet. Try to check first if the issue still occurs.
If the above steps fails to fix the problem then you will need to bring your phone to a service center and have it checked.

If it is still stuck in the Samsung and AT&T logo then proceed with the troubleshooting steps listed below.
- Wipe the cache partition of your phone from the recovery mode.

Solution: The first thing that you should do in this case is to remove the microSD card of the phone ( if you have one installed) as this usually causes freezing issues on the device.

S7 Weird Beep Coming From Phone
Problem: Dear Team, I have a Samsung S7 almost new (I have bought it in June) and I got a small issue. Since a couple of weeks, almost every day, I hear a weird single sound coming from my mobile. It is like a beep, but it does not sound as any of the notification music I have got in the phone. It happens once a day at different times and in my screen is not showing anything special, so the sound is not linked to anything. Can you please help me to understand where this kind of beep is coming from? Thank you for your help!
Solution: This is most likely caused by an app you installed. Try starting your phone in Safe Mode then check if the beeping sound still occurs. If it doesn’t then it is most likely caused by an app. Find out what app this is and uninstall it.
