Based on my personal experience, these problems can be fixed easily since it’s only a minor issue with the system. Reboot your phone – I don’t know if you already did restart your device but if still not, please try it. If not, try doing the Forced Restart by pressing and hold the volume down and power keys together for 10 seconds or more.   8. Press Power button to select and start the master reset.
  9. When the master reset is complete, “Reboot system now” is highlighted.
  10. Press the Power key to restart the device.
