Instagram update adds new ‘Save’ option for posts

Instagram Saved

#Instagram has announced a new version 10.3 update for the #Android app which introduces a “Save” feature. Simply put, this feature allows you to save posts that you might want to check out later. The posts are saved in one convenient location, so you don’t have to worry about finding them. The posts that you save are only visible to you.

The update is currently live and you should be able to grab the update from the Play Store right away. If you don’t see it, however, be sure to check for it manually. Depending on your location, it might take some time to appear, so be sure to remain patient.

To save photos, Instagram has added a new button right next to photos (bottom right). And if you want to remove a particular picture or post from your saved folder, all you have to do is tap that button again. It’s really that simple. If you’re busy while scrolling through your feed and find something interesting to check out later, this feature will come in handy.
