The #Samsung #GalaxyNote7 might have seen an untimely demise, but it’s quite clear that the company’s focus is currently on the #GalaxyS8. The company’s vice-chairman Lee Jae-yong has just mentioned that the upcoming flagship will be “slick” and feature an “improved camera” on board. The Galaxy S8 is one of the most anticipated handsets in the company’s history, especially after the Note 7 debacle.
There is no doubt in our minds that the company will do all that’s required to turn things around. I’m personally looking forward to the Galaxy S8 considering the kind of hype there is around the device. If the hype is indeed true, the Galaxy S8 might just put Samsung back on track.
It’s interesting to note that Lee Jae-yong is supposed to be the next chairman of the company, so these words coming from him could hold significant weight in the mobile division’s decision-making. It’s still early days, though, so we’re not going to come to conclusions about the yet to be released Galaxy S8.
What do you expect to see from the new Galaxy flagship?
