Rumor claims that Samsung has already begun working on the firmware for the Galaxy S8

Galaxy S7

Following the #GalaxyNote7 debacle, it’s all hands on deck for #Samsung right now. A new report is claiming that the company is already looking towards the future, as it should, with the #GalaxyS8 software apparently being developed already. We’ve heard multiple reports about the Galaxy S8, with one report going on to say that the smartphone will be announced earlier than scheduled to take our minds of the recalls and the subsequent discontinuation.

We don’t have much information on the software that the company is working on, but we’re expecting it to be drastically different compared to what we’re currently used to. This makes sense given that Samsung wants to show the world that things have changed since the Galaxy Note 7 and there’s usually no better way to show that than a complete revamp of the user interface.

So what are the new features that we can expect with this UI? Well, that’s not known at this point, but it is said that the software for the flagship will be designed keeping some key markets in mind. These include South Korea, the U.S., the UK, China, France, Germany, Italy, and Poland.
