While #Samsung has already done quite a lot to fix the disastrous launch of the #GalaxyNote7, it seems like not everything is fine just yet. A customer in the U.S. has apparently received a replacement for his recently exchanged Galaxy Note 7 following complaints of overheating. Before this news spreads like wildfire, we have to mention that only one customer has received a replacement unit so far.
In its defense, the company simply stated – “In normal conditions, all smartphones may experience temperature fluctuations.” Samsung has also made it abundantly clear that new units of the Galaxy Note 7 are not safety risks even if they’re found to be overheating. We don’t know the cause of this issue just yet, but the user was apparently on an international Skype call when the device turned off abruptly.
It will be interesting to see what becomes of this issue. But as it stands, there’s nothing really to worry about, especially if you own the Galaxy Note 7.
