T-Mobile sending out July security updates to the Galaxy Note 4 and Note Edge

Galaxy Note Edge

T-Mobile has now begun sending out the #Android security updates from July for the #GalaxyNote4 and the #GalaxyNoteEdge. The Note 4 will see an update to N910T3UVU2EPG2 (281.27MB). The Galaxy Note Edge, on the other hand, will see the update to N915TUVU2DPG2 (328MB). Make sure you have both devices on WiFi before downloading the update, as it could take a significant toll on your monthly data allotment.

Bear in mind, this is merely a security update, which means there won’t be any major features on board. It’s unfortunate that T-Mobile has taken a month to send out the update. But it’s better late than never, as they say.

The update should be rolling out gradually and we’re guessing that it has begun seeding for over a few days now. So it’s likely that your device has already seen the update. Make sure you leave a comment below if you’re seeing the update on the Galaxy Note 4 or the Galaxy Note edge.
