Sony Xperia F8331 leak reveals new design and USB Type-C

Xperia F8331

A new #Sony smartphone has leaked out, just as we were looking forward to the release of a flagship offering at IFA. This leaked device is supposedly known as the Xperia F8331, which is definitely a model number and not its actual name. As far as the features are concerned, the only thing we can make out here is that it will have a slightly different design from what we’ve seen on Xperia handsets.

There’s a USB Type-C port here as well, which means that this is definitely a new device and probably a flagship. There’s also a dual-LED flash accompanying the rear camera, which is hardly a surprise given that most phones have that these days. However, it’s pleasing to see that Sony is shying away from the all glass design at long last.

The company’s handsets have been accused of looking the same year after year, but we’re sure that won’t be a complaint with this new model. Do you like what you see here? Sound off in the comments below.
