Samsung’s DUOS model of the #GalaxyS7edge is now available on eBay for $569.99. The term DUOS here refers to the dual-SIM capabilities of the smartphone. This, in turn, means that it’s probably an important and not originally meant for the North American markets. However, a myriad of GSM networks (AT&T, T-Mobile, Straight Talk etc) are compatible with the device.
One major change here is that the smartphone doesn’t come with the Snapdragon 820 quad-core chipset. Instead, it sticks to Samsung’s homegrown Exynos 8890 octa-core chipset. The jury is still out on which one is the better variant, but it was recently found that the Exynos model of the Galaxy S7 and the S7 edge had a significantly better battery life. So you won’t necessarily be settling for a low-end variant with the Galaxy S7 edge.
The handset comes with a 5.5-inch Quad HD Super AMOLED display with dual curved edges, a 12-megapixel rear camera, a 5-megapixel front camera, 4GB of RAM, 32GB of expandable storage, water + dust resistance, Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow and a 3,600 mAh battery.
