T-Mobile Galaxy Note Edge now getting Marshmallow

Galaxy Note Edge

The #Samsung #GalaxyNoteEdge on T-Mobile is now getting #Android 6.0 #Marshmallow. This comes after the carrier sent out the update to the Galaxy Note 4 units as well, so it seems like T-Mobile is sending out the update to its 2014 flagships simultaneously.

The Galaxy Note Edge was Samsung’s first curved edge smartphone, which subsequently served as an inspiration to the Galaxy S6 edge, S6 edge+ as well as Galaxy S7 edge. To see that Samsung is sending out the update to a device that is almost two years old is reassuring news for the customers. However, it was always on the cards as unlocked models of the Galaxy Note 4 and the Galaxy Note edge have received the update.

If you’re a T-Mobile Galaxy Note Edge customer, the update with the software version N915TUVU2CPE3 should be hitting your device fairly soon. Already seeing the update? Make sure you share your feedback in the comments section below.
