Samsung’s foldable display phone, internally known as ‘Project Valley‘ is undergoing development in full force as we all are aware. A new report is now stating that the Korean manufacturer might have not one, but two smartphones under Project Valley. According to Bloomberg, one of these phones would have a 5-inch display when in folded form and have the ability to expand its display size to about 8-inches when opened.
The second of the foldable display phone will supposedly have a relatively smaller form factor or in the source’s words “folds in half like a cosmetic compact.” While it’s too early to rule out the release of both these devices next year, Samsung might just play it safe and show off either one of these products.
Foldable display, as a concept, has been in the works for quite some time now and one would imagine that the time has finally come for it to reach the masses. The devices will be shown off at MWC 2017 in Barcelona, apparently.
