Verizon starts sales of the HTC 10 with an introductory price

HTC 10

#Verizon officially started shipping pre-orders of the #HTC10 yesterday. This basically means that the handset is available for purchase directly as well, even if you didn’t pre-order it. Well, if you happen to be a new customer, you can save plenty on the new flagship thanks to an introductory pricing being pitched by the carrier.

The HTC 10 can be bought right now from Big Red for just $22.83/month (24 months), which basically translates to a full retail price of $548. After a while, the carrier will increase the pricing to $27/month or a full retail pricing of $648. So clearly, Verizon wants customers to flock in numbers and snatch up the new HTC flagship on the cheap. Whether the carrier will be successful in appealing to the buyers is only for time to tell.

But considering the kind of hardware packing underneath the HTC 10, we must say, the pricing of $548 is mightily impressive. Verizon hasn’t mentioned a validity of any sort for this promotion, so it might only stay for a few days.
