We all know that this year’s #Moto flagship will be known as the #MotoZ. It has also been mentioned that Verizon’s DROID versions will simply be known as ‘DROID Edition‘, thus keeping the Moto Z moniker consistent with all models of the flagship. Well, we now have our very first glimpse of this DROID Edition Moto Z, courtesy of a leaked render.
As you can see, the DROID branding on the device is placed near the camera sensor and is not enlarged on the back panel itself. So it’s likely that this will be the extent of the hardware changes on this device compared to the standard Moto Z. However, we cannot rule out Verizon slapping its branding somewhere on the front (à la the Galaxy Note 2).
Talking about the renders shown here, well, I must say, they look fairly impressive and it’s clear that Moto/Lenovo is going with a completely revamped design. Like what you see here? Let us know in the comments below
