Sony’s #XperiaZ5 flagship is now selling with a sweet $100 discount in the U.S. The smartphone which usually retails for about $600 is now up for grabs at just $499. It’s not known as to how long the pricing will be valid, so we urge you to proceed with haste before the listing expires. This model comes with American warranty as well, so you’re not settling for an imported item sans warranty support.
If you need a refresher on the hardware of the Xperia Z5, well, it packs a 5.2-inch 1080p display, a 23-megapixel rear camera, a 5.1-megapixel front camera, the octa-core Snapdragon 810 SoC, 3GB of RAM, 32GB of storage (expandable), Android 5.1 Lollipop (upgradable to Marshmallow) and a 2,900 mAh battery under the hood.
One big caveat with the American variant of the Xperia Z5 is that it lacks the fingerprint scanner that Sony originally showed off with the device. We were a bit baffled by the omission really, but that’s the way it goes in this industry.
