New Google Photos update brings improved search experience

Google Photos

#GooglePhotos is now getting a new update which improves the user experience to a great extent. First and foremost is the update to the search experience on the handset with the addition of a more prominent search bar right on top of the app. This is a handy addition and will let you search for photos or a particular keyword more easily.

Google Photos also comes with improved folder management now, even if your files are on a microSD card. Folders with photos can be renamed and deleted directly from the app now, which negates the need to manually delete folders from another app.

Further, movies that are auto-created by Google Photos can now be modified with your own music and other content. The update should be on its way to the devices soon. Make sure you head over to the Play Store link below to check if an update is available.
