It goes without saying that #HTC managed to wow us all with the #HTC10 yesterday. A stellar specs sheet combined with an impressive design is indeed a colorful combination. One aspect that the company was particularly excited about is the camera of the new flagship. This 12-megapixel f/1.8 sensor on the back of the smartphone has now been tested by DxOMark, and the results are quite favorable as well.
According to the folks who conducted the test, the HTC 10 was on level with the Samsung Galaxy S7, which is currently rated the best camera phone in the mobile industry. So this means that HTC’s new offering is pretty much up there with the best, thanks to the tweaking done by the company in this particular area.
In addition to the impressive camera on board, the HTC 10 comes with a 5.2-inch Quad HD display, the quad-core Snapdragon 820 SoC, 4GB of RAM, 32/64GB of internal storage (expandable), a 5-megapixel front camera, Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow and a 3,000 mAh battery. The smartphone also comes with a USB Type-C port on board.
