Verizon announces annual upgrade program for the Galaxy S7 and the S7 edge

Galaxy S7 - Galaxy S7 edge

Planning to get a #Samsung #GalaxyS7 or the #GalaxyS7edge from #Verizon? Well, the carrier is now offering an annual upgrade program for those who purchase either of the two flagships on the network. This would let them easily upgrade to the Galaxy S8 or the S8 edge that will be released next year without having to pay anything in overages. This is an exciting promotion and comes hot on the heels of Samsung’s annual upgrade program which offers similar perks.

Verizon has mentioned that customers who have already purchased any of the two handsets from the network are automatically eligible for this plan. In addition to announcing this promotion, Verizon has mentioned that it will be offering a $100 bill credit for those switching from another carrier and a $300 credit for those upgrading to the Galaxy S7 or the S7 edge after trading in an older Verizon smartphone.

It’s clear that Samsung is leaving no stone unturned in making its two flagships a hit with the American and global audience. But only time will tell if the company will be successful in reaching its goals.
