The #LGG5 lacks a proper app-drawer. Yes, you heard that right. However, the company is looking to rectify that with the next major UI upgrade which is coming in the form of the LG UX 5.0. The update will have a bundle of other changes on board as well, so the upgrades are not just limited to the app drawer. The company details all the changes in the video below.
The LG G5 is one of the primary rivals to the Samsung Galaxy S7 and the S7 edge. The G5’s claim to fame is the modular design which allows it to be customized as per the customers’ liking. It was recently revealed that the G5 Cam Plus, which is one of the modules for the smartphone, will only cost $69.99 at launch, which is pretty reasonable given what it brings to the table.
The LG G5 is up for pre-order already and is expected to land on all major U.S. carriers by the end of this month or early April at the latest.
