Samsung Galaxy Note 5 now getting Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow

Galaxy Note 5

After months of waiting #Samsung has finally started the rollout of #Android 6.0.1 #Marshmallow for the #GalaxyNote5 phablet. As we know already, the company has sent out the update for the #GalaxyS6 and the #GalaxyS6edge smartphones, so fans of the newer flagships were naturally getting a little anxious about the update rollout situation.

The Galaxy Note 5 (SM-N920C) is currently receiving the update, so not all variants out there are getting it as of now. It is said users in Cambodia are seeing it today, but it shouldn’t be long until other models of the handset get the update as well. As far as the change log is concerned, the update introduces an all new browser as well as the Cross app that will bring advanced multitasking features to the fore.
