#LG has just unveiled the #XCam and #XScreen smartphones just a few days prior to the MWC event which will be held in Barcelona. As odd as the name sounds, the smartphones do have the unique factor to make them stand apart from the competition in the mid-range market segment.
The X Screen for example has a ticker display on top, just like the LG V10, making this only the second device from LG to have the honor. The X Cam on the other hand comes with dual rear cameras (13-megapixel and 5-megapixel). The rest of the hardware specs are pretty standard and wouldn’t “wow” the customers, but these features alone should make them a stand out in the mobile industry.
The LG X Screen comes with a 4.93 inch 720p display panel and a 1.76 inch 520 x 80 resolution secondary display on top. Apart from this, the handset packs a a 1.2 GHz quad core processor, a 13-megapixel rear camera, an 8-megapixel front camera, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of storage, 2,300 mAh battery and Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
The X Cam comes with a 5.2 inch 1080p display panel, a 13-megapixel + 5-megapixel rear camera, an 8-megapixel front camera, a 1.14 GHz octa core processor, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage, a 2,520 mAh battery and Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
