#Verizon Prepaid has just added a new budget phone to its lineup in the form of the #LG Optimus Zone 3. This device carries a price tag of just $69.99, making it a very attractive option in the entry level segment. The device runs Android Lollipop out of the box and supports microSD cards to add additional storage, which already makes it a winner in our books.
The listing doesn’t offer complete details on the hardware, but we can tell that this won’t be a benchmarks topper. The Optimus Zone 3 is packing a 4.5 inch “best in class” display, a 5-megapixel camera on the back, a 2-megapixel front camera, a quad core processor (make unknown) and Android Lollipop. The battery capacity has not been specified by the carrier or the manufacturer as of yet.
For now it appears like the Optimus Zone 3 has only been revealed in the U.S., so we can’t tell with certainty if it will hit other parts of the world. Verizon Prepaid’s devices don’t require users to sign a contract and has plans starting from $30 (fully unlimited). Head over to the link below for more details.
