Moto 360 Sport now up for grabs at $299.99

Moto 360 Sport

#Motorola is now offering the #Moto360Sport smartwatch from its official store for $299.99. This is the same price as the standard second gen #Moto360 and the wearable even shares most of the hardware with the regular model.

Thanks to the use of silicone bands, the Sport is designed to absorb sweat and provide a hassle free workout for athletes and everyday users. The smartwatch is currently limited to Motorola’s official site, but we should see it hitting the Google Store as well as other third party retail outlets like Best Buy, Amazon etc very soon.

Thanks to the use of clever hardware, the smartwatch can function independently without a smartphone by its side. The Moto 360 Sport comes with a GPS of its own, so you can track your runs accordingly and sync it later with all your devices. There’s a standalone music player as well, which will help to a great extent during your runs or workouts.

The smartwatch will be available in White, Black or Orange bands, which can be easily replaced by the users at a later date.
