#Nokia is expected to release a trio of smartphones this year. A new leak is now showing us what could well be the first of those handsets, sporting an attractive all-metal design on board. The smartphone is posing next to a white Lumia smartphone, which helps us understand exactly how different this smartphone will be compared to past models.
At first glance, we see that the design can be somewhat likened to the HTC One A9, which is notorious for mimicking the Apple iPhone 6 with its design. But practically anything with a metal body and an antenna stripe on the back is going to look like an iPhone, so we can’t exactly blame Nokia for this, assuming this is the real deal.
A previous leak had given us a glimpse of this smartphone, but it had all the markings of a prototype unit. This here though appears to be a more real world version of the handset, so it could very well be the real deal. At this point, Nokia has still not made anything public with leaks being the only source of our information. But knowing how Nokia’s non-compete agreement with Microsoft ended on December 2015, it’s not actually a surprise that the company would release new handsets this year.
