#Xiaomi and #Microsoft struck a partnership back in March which would allow #Mi4 users to get a taste of Windows 10. Early beta builds were made available for the smartphone sometime soon and Xiaomi has now announced that the final release will be available for download starting December 3, which is just two days away from now.
The co-founder and President of Xiaomi, Lin Bin has even shared an image on his Weibo account, showing the Mi 4 running a full version of Windows 10. The company hasn’t clarified as to how this process will be handled, but we’re guessing they will offer instructions on how to install it in the days to come.
Naturally, dual boot might not be possible so customers will probably have to sacrifice Android in order to use Windows 10 on their Mi 4. But it can be a fun experiment with all the new features that Microsoft’s new OS is bringing to the table.
Do you own a Mi 4? Would you be interested in trying out Windows 10 on the device?
