Nexus users can get a $20 e-gift card from Best Buy if they make a purchase using Android Pay

Android Pay

To celebrate the Holidays in grand fashion, #Google will be offering a $20 Best Buy e-gift card to users who make a purchase using #AndroidPay. The purchase can be made at any of the one million plus locations in the U.S. where Android Pay is accepted and isn’t limited to just Best Buy outlets.

So all you have to do is walk over to your nearest retail outlet where Android Pay is accepted and make a purchase. Google will then add the $20 gift card on your Android Pay account in a few days, letting you make purchases from the retailer during the Holidays.

This is only valid for one purchase during the promotion period, so don’t expect to get $20 every time you purchase an item via Android Pay. Adoption rate of Google’s wireless payments service is slowly picking up pace although it hasn’t reached the levels that Google was initially expecting. The company recently teamed up with Jamba Juice to give users an Android collectible every time they paid for their orders using Android Pay.

Make sure you purchase something via Android Pay before December 31, 2015 to be eligible for this promotion. Remember that you will have to make the purchase using a Nexus device (Nexus 5, Nexus 6, Nexus 5X, Nexus 6P, Nexus 9, Nexus 7 etc).
