Motorola Droid Turbo 2 getting Star Wars customization option via Moto Maker tomorrow

Droid Turbo 2 Star Wars

The #Motorola #DroidTurbo2 is currently available from #VerizonWireless in the U.S. It is also sold via Moto Maker and comes with a variety of customization options. A new report has now spilled the beans on some exciting changing news.

Droid Life has found that the Droid Turbo 2 will be sold in special edition Star Wars avatars via the Moto Maker starting tomorrow. This is all part of the build up to the upcoming flick, Star Wars Episode VII: The Force Awakens. As you can see above, the device has no special Star Wars related markings, with merely special body and accent colors on offer.

It is said that the carrier will also release an app on the Google Play Store to offer exclusive wallpaper and other content to the users. As for the Moto Maker customization, it will supposedly include – “custom color palates, and backs based on the Poe Dameron, Rey, BB-8, a First Order Storm Trooper, and Kylo Ren characters”.

So if you were holding off on the Droid Turbo 2 (and are a Star Wars fan), make sure you head over to wait until tomorrow to find out more about this limited edition model of the Motorola/Verizon flagship.
